Finance - Front Desk Coordinator


Full Time, In House, Hourly Position near the beach in Santa Cruz, California.  You will work as part of the Finance Department team reporting to the HR Manager. You will be required to work Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00pm. 



This is just some of the fun stuff you will be doing, there will be more for sure!  Greet guests and employees.  Answer and transfer calls.  Sort the mail.  Process donation and sticker requests.  Coordinate customer pick-ups, handle Fun Factory customer inquiries via Live Chat and telephone.  You will also assist our Credit manager by posting and depositing the daily checks, processing Credit requests, process new dealers, handle all employee/friends and family purchases and payments.  Museum tour coordination as well as other administrative support when needed.



You must have mind blowing customer service, telephone and computer skills, an insane ability to multi task, be detailed oriented, enjoy a fast-paced environment and a great attitude! You are authoritative, confident and able to maintain confidentiality.  You have unwavering professionalism, resourcefulness and super effective communication skills.
