Domestic Sales Representative

NHS, Inc. is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a track record of proven sales success. The Domestic Sales Representative is a key member of the NHS sales team and is responsible for East Coast customer relations and revenue generation from existing and new sales opportunities. This position reports to the Domestic Sales Manager. We will consider remote candidates living within the territory for this position.

Core responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Develop and execute a cohesive, proactive East Coast sales strategy with assigned regions, while pursuing the company’s departmental and financial goals and objectives. Develop account base and relationships through frequent customer communication via e-mail, phone, Zoom and periodic visits.

• Responsible for order and customer management which includes managing contacts, mailing lists for territory, order entry of prebooks and at once orders, issuing credits, product RA's, as warranties. This position is the first line of communication from NHS to our customers. Follow up with accounting/shipping departments to ensure timely payments/deliveries of your orders.

• Communicate NHS message to customers on an ongoing basis, including product and marketing information in a competent, professional, informative manner while ensuring sales growth across all NHS categories and brands. Identify and capitalize on opportunities in current and future customers.

• Achieve quarterly, annual, and prebook sales goals as determined by you and NHS management. Increase participation in preordering for all customers through existing sales programs. Make suggestions for additional sales programs and facilitate SMU requests when applicable.

• Regular in-person visits to shops in your territories as determined by you and the Domestic Sales Manager. Regularly scheduled in-person apparel and hardgoods showings are required. Installation of in-store displays and merchandising including window wraps where applicable.

• Maintain Client Log and all current customer contact information in database.

• Periodic visits to NHS for onboarding, major sales meetings and product launches as determined by you and your manager. Attend all online sales meetings/functions and contribute as an active part of the department’s overall goals and objectives.

Skills & Background Required

• Minimum three-years related sales experience; skate industry sales experience a must

• Ability to travel into territory and to NHS 30% of the time

• Self-motivated, well-organized, detailed and task oriented; ability to work well under pressure

• Strong verbal/written communication skills

• Proven track record of strong negotiation and sales skills

• Ability to work well independently as well as with other team members, clear and positive communicator.

• Proficient computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Power BI, Zoom, Asana, ERP systems, etc,

• Will consider off-site position for candidates living within the territory, who has proven experience working remote
